I just needed to do one form, so I chose the one-month subscription. It worked great, but it was not clear when I purchased that ONE month, that I would be setup on further automatic monthly payments, otherwise I would have opted out of that. Now I'm considering filing a formal complaint, unless my $20 renewal fee is credited back to my account ASAP!

I have been having trouble finding forms, and then getting the fill-in fields to work. While I like the end product I'm frustrated that it is not more user friendly.

In this section, we will examine the three parts that make up a mail message: the header, body, and envelope.
An email address is a unique identifier for an email account. It is used to both send and receive email messages over the Internet. Similar to physical mail, an email message requires an address for both the sender and recipient in order to be sent successfully.
There are four main parts of an email address, including the username, the “@” symbol, the mail server and the top-level domain, according to St. Edward's University. Each email address identifies a unique individual on a mail server, so messages can be delivered properly.
