How to Send a PDF for eSignature

In particular, an independent party would be responsible for the following: Validation: The signing-party would receive a signed Certificate Signing Request containing a public-key (or any other appropriate public-key). The signing-party would also have to provide a “validation certificate” to the verification process, signed by an independent third party (who will need to sign a separate “validation certificate”).
