With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I'd love if you followed up with me about this survey. Thank you. Sarah

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A. Unfortunately, yes. Minor children can receive and hold title to real estate, but they cannot convey title until they turn 18. Your situation is a classic example of why parents and grandparents should not add, convey or will real estate titles to minors.
Title Issues Adding a child's name to a deed gives him or her an ownership interest in your home. As a result, you cannot sell the home or refinance your mortgage without your child's permission. Technically speaking, your child could even sell his or her share of the property without your consent.
Yes, you can legally own real estate at age 18.
Re: Adding daughter's name to house deed It is doable. No stamp duty. For inheritance tax purposes it will not be seen as a gift with reservation (and therefore will qualify as a potentially exempt transfer, which is what you want!) provided that the daughter continues to live there with her mother.
Functionally, children generally have an ownership interest in property and money, and that property and money is supposed to be used for their benefit. ... An emancipated minor can legally control their own property and money (and sign contracts), because they're acting as their own legal guardian.
While it is legal for a child to own real estate, a child cannot convey (sell or transfer) real estate until he or she has reached the age of majority. ... The parents or child will have to pay for the cost of the guardian, as well as a real estate attorney to appear at court proceedings.
The short answer is simple No. It is generally a very bad idea to put your son or daughter on your deed, bank accounts, or any other assets you own. Here is why when you place your child on your deed or account you are legally giving them partial ownership of your property.
Quite often children inherit money, real estate, stocks, CDs and other investments from grandparents and other relatives. ... Sometimes a custodial account is established for a minor child under the Uniform Transfer to Minors Act (TMA) or Uniform Gifts to Minors Act (UGA).
First, while real property can be conveyed directly to a minor, property owned by a minor cannot be sold, mortgage or otherwise encumbered without the appointment of a guardian through the Clerk of Court's office in the county where the property is located.
Minors Have No Capacity to Contract So a minor who signs a contract can either honor the deal or void the contract. There are a few exceptions, however. For example, in most states, a minor cannot void a contract for necessities like food, clothing, and lodging.
