It is user friendly, easy to use stepping you through all that need to be filled and can take you back to the instruction if your not sure how to respond.

On first blush, this is a fine tool. I have a limited number of documents. So this works great. Simple. Easy to follow. Support answered some not so obvious questions quickly and easily. Well done. I have one question or suggestion..I would like to merge a couple of my documents...but don't want to pay for a full upgrade for just two or three uses. Can you offer a "yeah we'll let you do this" one off pricing for someone like me? Would be very helpful. (I will also say I tried several of the competing products...and this was far easier to use)

From the menu, going to Forms > Modify Form Layout lets you see the name of the fields. Be aware working with their free trial version will stamp documents with a watermark if you save the document.

Click the Add New Field option in the right sidebar menu, then click the Text Field option from the New Field menu. Remove your placeholder text and click inside the PDF document where the field will appear. Next, drag the cursor to widen the field to the desired length.
Open "Text Field Properties" dialog for the field and select the "Options" tab. Check the "Allow Rich Text Formatting" option and press "Close" button to apply changes. Make sure to use "File > Save" menu to save changes into the file.
Step 1: Load the PDF File. Open your pre-existing PDF form in PDFelement, or you can choose to open an existing form template. Step 2: Recognize Form Fields Automatically. Step 3: Fill and Save the Form.
Make sure that the security settings allow form filling. (See File > Properties > Security.) Sometimes form creators forget to convert their PDFs to interactive forms, or they intentionally design a form you can only fill in by hand. If you can't type in the form fields, then the fields are probably not interactive.
To edit a single form field, double-click it or right-click it and choose Properties. To edit multiple form fields, select the fields that you want to edit, right-click one of the selected fields, and choose Properties.
