Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Select Invite settings to add CC recipients and set up the completion settings.

The following examples illustrate situations where a single signature might not be sufficient, where multiple signatures might provide some privacy protection, or where multiple signatures would be unnecessary; this is not meant to represent any blanket policy that all applications should avoid creating multiple signatures where privacy is concerned. For example, a site may need multiple signatures for two sets of documents: (1) a signed copy of a request for the site to be given a court order to reveal user information, and (2) a signed copy of a court order providing permission for the site to publish a document that would expose such user information. In each case these documents would be signed in a single signature, although in two contexts the privacy of the person that signed these documents would be better served by creating multiple signatures. In addition, in the example of the request for court order, the privacy of a user may be better protected by having multiple signatures on multiple documents rather than having only one signature on one document. What do you like best?
PDFfiller is a very easy to use software in which I can easily edit the documents in PDF format. This tool saves every document in the cloud, so wherever you go, your documents are always with you. It also has feature to sign the documents and also making the templates is an easy job.
What do you dislike?
PDFfiller takes too much time when it comes to adding a file to edit it, it takes so much time to open the file. Also the price is a bit high as compared to the number of features provided by it.

As PDFfiller is a nice way to manage the documents in the industry, it is recommended by me.
