Blurry font problems can be caused by cables that aren't connected properly, older monitors, and poor screen resolution settings.
If you are finding the text on a screen blurry, make sure the ClearType is setting is turned on, then fine-tune. To do so, go to the Windows 10 search box in the bottom-left corner of the screen and type ClearType. In the results list, select Adjust ClearType text to open the control panel.
Some themes can cause fonts to look blurry. For example, if you use a high-contrast theme, some fonts can be difficult to see because the background colors resemble the font color. To change your current theme settings, follow these steps: From the Start Screen, type Change the theme, and then tap or click Settings.

Under Font Settings, click the Restore default font settings button. Windows 10 will then begin restoring the default fonts.
