Open your PDF file on Google Chrome. When you open the document for the first time, you'll have to unlock it by entering the password. After entering the password, your PDF file will be unlocked. Next, set the Destination as Save as PDF and click on Save.
File->Create for creating a new PDF file. Choose Combine Files Into a Single PDF option. Click on Add File, add all the PDF files you want to merge. Add password of the locked PDF files. Click on Combine. File->SaveAs to save the PDF file.
Locate the PDF on your computer. Right click on it and click Open With then choose Google Chrome . Once Google Chrome has loaded, enter the password for the PDF. Next, right click on the PDF and select Print . You will now have the option to choose where to save the PDF. The PDF no longer has password protection.
Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings. Near the bottom, click PDF documents. Turn off Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome.
