Open the PDF in Acrobat. Use the Unlock tool: Choose Tools > Protect > Encrypt > Remove Security. Remove Security: The options vary depending on the type of password security attached to the document.
Open the PDF file in Google Chrome. Click on the Print icon present on the right side. Under the Destination choose the Change button. Now, choose the 'Save as PDF' option. Now enter the name and location for your new PDF document.

Now, Open your file explorer, the default one or ES and navigate to the password encrypted PDF file you intend to open. Here select the Open with Drive PDF Viewer option as shown in the above image. Here, enter the password given to you for the PDF file and tap on the Open button.
Click Choose File. It's below the PDF icon in the pink box. Select a PDF file. Navigate to the secured PDF and click it. Click Open. Click the checkbox. Click Unlock PDF!. Click Download File Now. Open the downloaded PDF. Copy the desired text.
