What do you like best?
I love that the physician can dictate the form to me and I can easily load the form and type it up for him. He is extremely busy and needs to fill these forms out on his own time. Now I can do it for him saving him the time to focus on face to face visits with his patients.
What do you dislike?
It is very new to me, so I am uncertain if there is anything at this point I don't like, as I am unfamiliar with a good portion of the program. But what I have used thus far is great!

Go to Finder > locate your file and double-click it to open it in Preview. Enter the password to unlock the PDF document. Once your PDF file is unlocked, click on File > Export as PDF > enter the file name and set its destination > hit Save. That's all, the new PDF file you just saved will no longer require a password.
Set criteria for dividing your file. In the secondary toolbar that opens, use the Split by drop-down menu to specify if you want to split the PDF file by number of pages, maximum file size, or top-level bookmarks. Set output options to split your PDF, then click OK. Click the Split button, then click OK again.
Open the PDF file you need to add pages to. Click 'Merge' on to add another file. On the preview screen, you can rotate, delete or rearrange the added files in any way you'd like. Afterward, click 'Merge' again in the top right corner to save your new file.
Drag and drop your document in the PDF Password Remover. Confirm that you have the right to the file and click 'Unlock PDF!'. The decryption process should start right away. Modify your PDF further, or click 'Download File' to save the unlocked PDF.
Click CHOOSE FILE. It's a green button on the right side of the page. Select your PDF file. In the window that opens, go to the location in which your PDF is stored, then click the PDF once to select it. Click Open. Enter the user password. Click UNLOCK. Click VIEW & DOWNLOAD IN BROWSER.
Drag and drop your PDF into the PDF Splitter. Choose to 'Extract every page into a PDF' or 'Select pages to extract'. For the latter, select the pages you wish to extract. Click 'Split PDF', wait for the process to finish and download.
