Pretty easy to figure out - the videos are helpful. I missed the Add Fillable Fields part and I am trying to figure that out. Support Chat was helpful. This is my first attempt to use Send to Sign

The questionnaire asks applicant to send proof of income and supporting documents for all expenses. I do not know how to send these and hope I'll hear from someone about how to do this.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
There are several ways to unlock a phone: Call and Ask Nicely: Call your carrier and ask nicely if your contract has expired, most carriers (in the US, at least) will unlock your phone for you as long as you've paid off anything you owe on the phone.
While unlocking is not illegal per se, many cell phone companies lock devices they sell under contract or on an installment payment plan. It is true however that in such cases, the customer ends up paying extra for their phone. And of course, mobile providers want to make it hard for you to unlock such a device.
Unlocking your phone means breaking the carrier-lock imposed on many handsets that stops them working on rival cellular networks. By unlocking your phone you can bring your phone to a carrier on a compatible network and sign on to their services.
If you bought your phone outright, it's considered a “prepaid” device and can be unlocked one year after its initial activation. So if you owe money, your carrier doesn't have to unlock your phone. In either case, if your phone is eligible for unlocking, your carrier has to notify you.
Your carrier may refuse to unlock your phone if: Your phone has not been paid off in full. You have any past due payments or unpaid balances with your carrier. Your phone is reported lost or stolen. You haven't met their unlocking requirements.
You'll have to wait until your contract is up before you can unlock your phone. There's an exception, however -- if you're willing to pay an early termination fee on your contract, you'll then be eligible. So if you owe money, your carrier doesn't have to unlock your phone.
What Happens If You Sell a Phone That Isn't Paid Off? If you do, your carrier will blacklist your phone also known as giving it a bad ESN or IMEI number. This number is accessible to other carriers too, which means they may not activate your phone on their network if it carries a blacklisted IMEI or ESN number.
Q: Can you unlock my iPhone X that isn't paid off? A: No, you cannot.
