I am finding it helpful indeed. I haven't utilized all of the options yet. So far I like it. The mobile app is far more difficult to use than the website. Doesn't quite sync with the different cloud websites for transfers into the app.

Open the App Store in iOS as usual by tapping on the icon on your Home Screen. Go to the Updates section of App Store. Tap near the top of the screen near the 'Updates' text, then hold and pull down, then release.
Connect your Android phone to the Wi-Fi Network. Go to Settings > About device, then tap System Updates > Check for Updates > Update to download and install the latest Android version. Your phone will automatically reboot and upgrade when the installation completed.
