I don't pay for PDFfiller so I can only say speak to the ease of use on features that I think are available.
I am not sure if creating a document that is editable in word is possible in every version. If so I can not figure it out. That is my only feedback. Otherwise using this website is a breeze.

Haven't been able to add a blank page to the 3 page form I was working. The instructional video indicated I should see a "Pages" icon on the Edit line. I didn't.

I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. It is a simple process to upload, fill out typed forms, e-sign, and save/print externally.
What do you dislike?
I have not been able to drag and drop from outlook '07. The additional step of saving a document locally and then uploading seems unnecessary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very intuitive product that can one can pick up and become proficient with little training or experience.

I have been able to keep from printing countless documents that only need a quick signature only to be scanned in again and emailed out. There is a huge time saving as well being able to cut out those middle steps.

Overall I have had a good experience with PDFfiller.
I like the ease of use of this software. I can use existing forms or can in form that aren't in the database.
It is a little pricey for something I only use periodically.

Perfect for my needs!
I found it super easy to use - was looking for a product like this and it really met my needs! I have used it for basic tasks and it works great.
I feel like if I ever want to do more creative documents that I will need more training. This feature is a bit complicated to me.

No single docs (only trial). Unable to split the file.
Despite having a free trial it would be nice to edit and download a single document. This only confuses people and catches you if you forget or are unsuccefull with cancelling within 30 days. I used this site to edit an evacuation plan and it was very easy to do, tools are good. However even with help of customer support still not able to split the plan for seperate sections of a building. I had to rewrite the pdf but I didn't make the plan myself. Overall decent tool for free 30 days but can be better.

Excellent service
I had signed up and not cancelled the subscription properly, so I was charged for something I will never used. Jumped on chat, which is usually awful, not a bot, a human, who liked my jokes. Refunded no quibble. If I ever need a pdf filler I will definitely sign up.
