Use Initials License: edit PDF documents from anywhere

The Portable Document Format or PDF is one of the most widely used document format for various reasons. They are accessible on any device, so you can share them between devices with different displays and settings. You can open it on any computer or phone — it'll appear same for all of them.

The next reason is data security: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so it's risk-free to share any confidential data in them from person to person. That’s why it is important to find a secure editing tool for managing documents online. Particular platforms grant access to an opening history to track down those who opened or completed the document.

pdfFiller is an online document creating and editing tool that allows to create, edit, sign, and share your PDFs directly from your web browser tab. Convert MS Word file or a Google Sheet and start editing it and create fillable fields to make a document singable. Send it to others by fax, email or via sharing link, and get notified when someone opens and completes it.

Use editing features to type in text, annotate and highlight. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Add and edit visual content. Collaborate with others to complete the document. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing. Change a page order.

Complete any document with pdfFiller in four steps:

01
Browse for your document from the pdfFiller's uploader.
02
To change the content of your document, click the 'Tools' tab and highlight, redact, or erase text.
03
Add input fields if you need any: pdfFiller supports text, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdown lists etc.
04
Finish editing by clicking Done and choose what you want to do next with this PDF: you can save it to your device, print or send via email, fax and sharing link.

I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. I think if I am going to do this often, I will love to purchase this software. Thanks.

Just a bit complicated to learn how to use the system for an 'oldie' but I'm sure it would become more familiar with more frequent usage. Thank you for allowing a trial to test the systems functionality.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
The difference between a Real ID and a standard driver's license is an added security stamp on the Real ID, which is designed to prevent tampering or duplication. Some states use a radio frequency identification chip like the kind used in credit cards, pets and passports.
What REAL ID means to you. Beginning on October 1, 2020, the federal government will require your driver license, permit or ID card to be REAL ID compliant if you wish to use it as identification to board a domestic flight (within the U.S.), or enter military bases and certain federal facilities.
The REAL ID Act establishes minimum security standards for license issuance and production and prohibits Federal agencies from accepting for certain purposes' driver's licenses and identification cards from states not meeting the Act's minimum standards.
In most states, a gold or black star in the top part of the card means it is compliant. A good way to know your card is not compliant is if it says Not for federal identification. Others without this marking could also be non-compliant.
”The indication 'Not For Federal Identification refers to the fact the driver license does not have the REAL ID enhancement,” said John Rockwell, a spokesman for the North Carolina Department of Transportation, which includes the Division of Motor Vehicles.
A compliant driver license or identification card is distinguishable by the gold star in the upper right corner, and a non-compliant card is distinguishable by the phrase “Not for Federal Identification” printed in the upper margin.
A federal law enacted after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, the act tightened national standards for driver's licenses and identification cards, overhauling how they are issued and produced, to combat forgery and fraud.
A REAL ID is a driver license or identification card that is also a federally accepted form of identification. It can be used to board a domestic flight within the U.S. and enter secure federal facilities, such as military bases, federal courthouses, and other secure federal locations.
A real ID is a form of identification that meets increased security standards for state-issued driver's licenses and identification cards. Travelers will be required to provide either a real ID or another TSA-approved form of identification in order to fly after October 1, 2020.
The REAL ID Act establishes minimum security standards for license issuance and production and prohibits Federal agencies from accepting for certain purposes' driver's licenses and identification cards from states not meeting the Act's minimum standards.
