I had an initial difficult time getting use to the program. I have now fine tuned the functions and have accessed the benefits. The support online was informative and patient with my frustrations. I will recommend this program to my clients and co-workers. The cost is reasonable.

What do you like best?
The upside is that it's very efficient and expedites completing forms effectively. I have used other software and didn't find them to be easy to navigate or efficient.
What do you dislike?
The downside is that sometimes the text doesn't align when filling in forms I have to complete from other service industries. Also, when PDFfiller is the default PDF it does not print without having to refresh several times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is really good and does make my administrative work easier and less tedious. There are some quirks but when I have experienced them, the support received was expedient and exceeded my expectations.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It has really helped me to complete the necessary documents in a timely manner when there are no glitches. I love the easy access to my documents when completed.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Capitalization of titles of works (books, articles, plays, stories, poems, movies, etc.) Use all capital letters. Italicize titles of works (books, magazines, newspapers, movies, plays, and CDs). The Mystery of the Missing Briefcase. Use quotation marks for shorter works (book chapters, articles, poems, and songs).
Put the title in quotation marks. Quotation marks enclose titles of smaller works or parts of a whole. Set the title off from the rest of the writing with italic or underlining. By using italic or underlining, you set off titles of larger works or complete works.
Italicize titles if the source is self-contained and independent. Titles of books, plays, films, periodicals, databases, and websites are italicized. Place titles in quotation marks if the source is part of a larger work. Articles, essays, chapters, poems, webpages, songs, and speeches are placed in quotation marks.
Yes, you can italicize an essay title. If you write a formal letter then you should make you heading bold and regular font style. It should not be italicized. You would italicize the name of the book in the title of your essay.
The rules for quotation marks around titles vary depending on which style guide you follow. In general, you should italicize the titles of long works, like books, movies, or record albums. Use quotation marks for the titles of shorter pieces of work: poems, articles, book chapters, songs, T.V. episodes, etc.
Italics are used for large works, names of vehicles, and movie and television show titles. Quotation marks are reserved for sections of works, like the titles of chapters, magazine articles, poems, and short stories.
AP. Cite the film in essay by the title of the film only. Place quotation marks around the title, rather than italicizing the title. Capitalize the first and last word in the title, as well as all principle words.
Use quotation marks around the titles of short poems, song titles, short stories, magazine or newspaper articles, essays, speeches, chapter titles, short films, and episodes of television or radio shows. Do not use quotation marks in indirect or block quotations.
