It appears to be a good program and I intend to use it in my business and practice. One of the problems that I see is that there should be clearer explanations for some of the fields.

so far ease of use seams to be the direction this system is built on. I would love to see more controls to authorized users and an auto save feature from original templates after and before fill. over all I love how going paperless is very easy to use

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Void or Void Ab Initio Definition: Not legally binding. A document that is void is useless and worthless; as if it did not exist. “An act which is completely void, or void ab initio, has no validity and can be challenged by anyone at any time.
If you describe a situation or a feeling as a void, you mean that it seems empty because there is nothing interesting or worthwhile about it. Something that is void or null and void is officially considered to have no value or authority. The original elections were declared void by the former military ruler.
Void agreement refers to an agreement which as per law, is unenforceable and has no legal consequences. Void contract implies a valid contract, that ceases to be enforceable by law, becomes a void contract, when it lacks enforceability. It is valid at the beginning but later on becomes void.
When dealing with contracts, the terms “void" and "voidable" are often confused. A contract will be considered void, for example, when it requires one party to perform an act that is impossible or illegal. A “voidable" contract, on the other hand, is a valid contract and can be enforced.
They stubbornly considered null and void the confessions of Henry and Esterhy. She declared that all deals made under Jared were null and void. In all cases, the second marriage is considered legally null and void. Any unapproved editing by either party makes the agreement null and void.
In law, void means of no legal effect. An action, document, or transaction which is void is of no legal effect whatsoever: an absolute nullity the law treats it as if it had never existed or happened. The frequent combination “null and void" is a legal doublet.
The term void ab initio, which means “to be treated as invalid from the outset,” comes from adding the Latin phrase ab initio (from the beginning) as a qualifier. For example, in many jurisdictions where a person signs a contract under duress, that contract is treated as being void ab initio.
- When a variable has the value null, it means that the variable isn't referring to any object. — A void method is a method that doesn't return a value. So null is a specific value that a variable can have, and void indicates that a method has a certain property — two completely different things.
