The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

I used the service like the service, but until I got to print a copy of the SR-1 form, I thought I was using the government's free website for submitting an SR-1 form. I want to cancel it because I will not need to use it again. So, please cancel my account and service. Please also send an email to me confirming that you have cancelled the service. Thank you.

What do you like best?
Program is very intuitive and easy to use. I spend less than 10 mins to recreate a document for Customers and it makes a world of difference.
What do you dislike?
I don't think I have any dislike...or at least none that I've come across too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a must have program...so easy to use and it does it all. Plus an extra bonus is that it's less in cost then the highest competitor. WIN, WIN!

I edit our invoices & receipts. I'm able to provide progress invoices that our system doesn't do. This helps our Customers tremendously to understand paperwork.

"My Blessing" I was drawn to the site which offered thirty day sampling with no cost doing so. Very impress with the ease of functionally of the system, not being that verse on this type of technology. It was fairly simple figuring it out, my one time project was successful. Many of my fellow parishioners was impress not only with the information but the presentation the online template allowed. Finally there was the necessity of sharing my document that to was done with much ease. Good Product, Great Service I tried the product but ended up using adobe for no other reason than it was paid for by a client. I forgot to cancel my subscription and was charged. The customer service team resolved the issue immediately without any issues A good product backed up by excellent customer experience! Where else do you get that!

Paragraph eraser would be a great value - right now eraser keeps the gaps between top and below lines. 2. Mass repalcement would be good - search a word or sentence and can replace entire document with new word or text.
