Word Options (Advanced) To choose your advanced Word options, select File > Options, and on the left pane, select Advanced. Editing options. Set up the way you select, replace, and format words and paragraphs.

You can access Find and Replace by opening a Word file and heading to the Home tab on the ribbon. Then, click the arrow next to the Find button and select Advanced Find. Alternately, just click Replace. You can also use the Ctrl + H keyboard shortcut to open the Replace window directly.
Choose Find from the Edit menu or press [Ctrl]+F. On the Find tab, enter the word or phrase into the Find What control. Check the Highlight All Items Found In option (shown below). Click Find All and click Close.
