PDF Expert for Mac app doesn't allow to create or edit fillable forms. We're planning to add these features - for now, we don't have an ETA on when it becomes available. The website is currently on the reconstruction. After the completion of all works the website will be opened.
How do I create a fillable PDF form?
Open Acrobat: Click on the Tools tab and select Prepare Form.
Select a file or scan a document: Acrobat will automatically analyze your document and add form fields.
Add new form fields: Use the top toolbar and adjust the layout using tools in the right pane.
