What if I have more questions?
You can make simple changes to a pdf file using the free built-in Preview App that comes free with OS X. Here's how. If you double-click on any pdf file in OS X it will open in an application called Preview. Preview has a hidden Annotations Toolbar' that will allow you to edit the pdf file.
Tools to Edit PDF Documents. Apple provides every Mac with Preview, a free program that allows you to read and edit PDF files (add and highlight text, combine PDF documents and transfer pages from one PDF to another, add a signature and comments).
Right-click on the locked PDF file. Select Open with Followed by Preview. Type the password and press Enter. The file is opened now. Enter the location to Save the locked PDF file, Uncheck the Encrypt option before saving the PDF document.
Find the PDF you want to edit. Select it and press the spacebar. When you press the spacebar a preview of the file will appear on your screen. In the top right of the preview, look for the icon that looks like a pencil.
Open the editing mode by clicking in the top toolbar. Click on the 'Text' button. Choose the piece of text you want to edit. Edit text in PDF and click on the blank space to preserve your changes.
