How do I create a fillable PDF form with a fill button?
Open the PDF file that you will use for the form.
From the Forms menu, select Add or Edit Fields
From the Add New Field pull-down menu, select Show Tools on Toolbar.
Click Button Tool.
Position the cursor where you want the button to begin.
Send PDF forms to recipients using email or an internal server
Here's how converting a paper form to a fillable PDF works: Click on the Forms tab, and select Text Field. Click and drag on the PDF to manually create a text field over where the paper fields were already created. You can further customize the field by right-clicking and selecting Properties.
