Manage Your PDF Forms with SharePoint
Have you ever needed to manage and edit your forms created in your SharePoint account?
Constant problems with paperwork slow down the normal workflow in the big companies and reduce their efficiency. Today the solution is closer than you think. First of all, create a form in SharePoint and manage it with the help of the PDFfiller integration.
To get started, simply select a Word or PDF document from the list on the left, then right-click and select Edit with PDFfiller from the list.
On the screen that opens next, PDFfiller will request your authorization - click AUTHORIZE.
Now, use all the PDFfiller tools you need to edit the form created in SharePoint. Add text, branding, pictures, page numbers, erase, blackout or highlight necessary text elements by clicking the appropriate buttons on the toolbar:
After you create a form in SharePoint, you can turn on the option of spell check, search necessary words or phrases and replace them with others, add many fillable fields, sign and date this form after everything is ready:
If you require a precise template, you do not need to create a form in SharePoint, but simply search for the necessary one, clicking the Find Another Form button:
After you have finished editing your form created in SharePoint, click the Done button.
The PDFfiller Editor App will create and upload a copy of the document with all the changes you’ve made to your SharePoint account. The name of the file of the copy consists of the original file’s name with pdffiller added. The original file will remain unchanged.
Note that PDFfiller also saves the edited document in PDFfiller’s MYBOX folder.
