Sign important documents and send them to partners. Click the Sign Button on the toolbar in the SharePoint document management system and choose how you want to sign:
Check the versions of the SharePoint document revisions, turn on the Spelling option and avoid mistakes, search necessary words or phrases in the template. Make your document perfect.
After you have finished editing your SharePoint document with the management tools from PDFfiller, click the Done button.
The PDFfiller Editor App will create and upload a copy of the document with all the changes you’ve made to your SharePoint document management account. The name of the file of the copy consists of the original file’s name with pdffiller added. The original file will remain unchanged.
Please note that PDFfiller also saves the edited document in PDFfiller’s MYBOX folder.
