In applying for a permit recently I was required to complete the application form on a website. It was one of those PDF forms which, after completion, required to be signed and notarized. This meant printing out the form. Navigating through all the sub-menus and various other obstacles web designers throw in the path of we computer amateurs proved to be impossible.
