I have used PDFfiller for a year with very good results. However, I don't use this service a lot. When it was time to renew my account I purchased the yearly plan, but there was some confusion on my part as to pricing. I should have been month to month. I contacted customer service and they responded almost within a few minutes. They refunded the total yearly amount to my Paypal account immediately. This is a excellent service with outstanding customer service. I’ll be using them again.
