Request to edit documents
Recipients can now request to edit a document you’ve shared with view-only access. To do this, they need to click the 'View only' label at the top of the document and then click the 'Request to edit' button. To send the request, they must be logged in to their pdfFiller account.

Sign long documents faster
We’ve improved the signing experience for long documents. Now you don’t need to select your signature or initials every time to fill out multiple fields in a document. Select it once and pdfFiller will remember your choice. Then just click another fillable field and your signature or initials will be added automatically.

Add documents faster with the new upload menu
The upload menu has a fresh new look. We’ve made it cleaner and more convenient to navigate. Click Add New in My Documents and select the option you need to open it.
Keep track of changes with thumbnail labels
Now you can quickly understand what pages you’ve edited in a document. When you’re in the PDF editor, you’ll see the label Edited on the page thumbnails. If you add fillable fields to a document page, the green label with the number of fillable fields will appear.

When in Accessibility Mode, you can switch between tools in the editor by pressing Tab on your keyboard.
Choose from a variety of new fonts
We’ve added new fonts so that you can now select the one that suits you best. Choose from Lato, Roboto, Noto Sans, PT Sans, PT Serif, Garamond, Open Sans, and Caveat when using the Text tool in the editor.

Erase, highlight, and blackout content with ease
We’ve improved our tools that let you erase, highlight, and blackout content. Now you can do all this row by row or in different shapes. Just click the icons to the right of the color picker. To make changes invisible to the naked eye, use the dropper to identify the background’s color or choose one from the palette.
Move fillable fields with your keyboard’s arrows
Click the corner of any field in a document and use your keyboard’s arrows to move it left, right, up, and down (one pixel per step). Press Shift+Arrows to move a fillable field five pixels per step. Resize fields using the Ctrl+Shift+Arrows combination.
