We've added a quick-access menu to the header. Now, no matter which page you're on, you can easily switch between documents, templates, or contacts with just a click.

We made some improvements to the left-hand menu to make it easier to navigate. The Templates folder has been moved to the main list. We split the In/Out box into two folders—Received and Sent—so that your incoming and outgoing documents, signature requests, and faxes are better organized. And the Organization folder is now at the bottom, so you can find shared documents even faster.

We updated the Documents folder to make it more convenient and informative. You can now easily keep track of the latest activity, manage sharing permissions, and tag documents.

With pdfFiller, creating PDF documents from scratch has become easier than before. In Documents, click Add new and select Create blank > PDF document. You can customize the page size, orientation, and the number of pages in the document. Once you're done, you can start working on your document right away.

The pdfFiller uploader now makes the process of uploading documents easy. Simply upload a document or a template, create a text document or a spreadsheet from scratch, or search for a ready-to-fill form in our extensive PDF Library. And now, it's faster than ever before.

When in My Docs, you can now drag & drop documents to upload to your pdfFiller account. If you’re uploading multiple documents, you can merge them into one or upload them separately.

A handy icon is now displayed on documents you've previously shared with others via link. By clicking the icon, you can quickly copy a document’s link and send it to someone else.

We’re excited to announce that we’ve added two new languages, so our users from Spain and France can use the service in their native language. We're working hard to add even more languages in the future to make pdfFiller accessible to even more people.

We’ve redesigned the right-click menu with document actions. The new, clean layout and updated icons are not the only things we’ve changed. We also regrouped document actions and prioritized the most popular features to make the menu more efficient.

Introducing the updated My Documents section. We’ve refreshed the design, from the folder menu and document view to the action panel and notifications, all while keeping every feature in its place. We’ve also made some subtle tweaks to optimize your workflow.

We’ve added the Notes feature to the Contacts section. This is a great way to keep your memos, to-do’s, and ideas handy. To create a note, open contact details and go to the Notes tab. All notes are associated with specific contacts. When you share a contact with others, the notes become visible to recipients. They can reply to your note and you will see replies in the thread under the note.

Introducing the Public page, a dedicated page for all your fillable forms that you can share with colleagues and customers. You can now send a single link to this page instead of sending multiple emails with attached documents.

The Public page works as an online document kiosk. Visitors will see all your fillable forms and be able to pick the one they need. When someone fills out a form, you will receive a notification. You then can go to the Public page and find the filled documents under fillable forms.

Your Public page is fully customizable. Add a title and message with instructions for recipients, and upload as many fillable documents as you need. You can temporarily hide documents from the Public page and unhide them at any time.

We’ve made it even easier to work with templates. A separate folder is now created for each template, which stores all documents created from that template. When you create a document from a template, it is automatically added to the template's folder so you can find everything you need in one place.

We’ve added the Duplicate and Revert to document actions to the right-click menu for Templates.

With the new uploader, you have all you need to add a new document to pdfFiller on your fingertips: import from your personal cloud, upload via URL or email, add from the pdfFiller library, and more. To launch the new uploader, go to My Documents and click Add New.

If you ever have any issues with your documents, you can contact our Support team. As you know, we don’t have access to your documents and only you can give permission to open it. To do this quickly, select a document and click the new button Share with Support in the toolbar on the right.

Now you can find pdfFiller integrations, add-ons, and extensions in one folder. To see the list of selected services, click Integrations in the menu on the left.

Now you can stop sharing a document in a few seconds. In My Documents, find a shared document and click the Share icon on the right. You’ll be redirected to the Share folder in the In/Out Box. Just click Stop Sharing on the document and no one will be able to view or edit it anymore.

We’ve added the new Convert, Rearrange, Comment, and Send for Review buttons to the toolbar to make it even more convenient for you to work on documents. Now when you need to convert or rearrange a document, add a comment, or share a document with others, you can do it even faster.

Now you can search the largest online library of legal documents without leaving your pdfFiller account. Whenever you need any state- or industry-specific legal document, click the search bar near the upper right corner, enter the document’s name, and press Enter . Then, go to the US Legal tab, double-click the document on the search results page and start editing it.
