How to Use a Signing Link to Rename a Document
There is an option to rename the document and use edit fields through a signing link in SignNow
If you prefer to rename the document through the signing link option, keep in mind that it can be done only for one-off use. To accomplish this, follow these steps:
Add fields in the template and once finished, click Done.
Inside the template, select Create a Signing Link.
Go to the URL box. Paste the new name of the document at the end of the URL after the “=”.

Our document title is "SignNow_Contract”, after adding it at the end of URL it looks like "?sgn_doc_name=SignNow_Contract".
Copy the newly created link.
Send the link to the recipient.
When the recipient clicks on the link, the new title of the document will appear.
