I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. There are some things that could be more user-friendly or convenient but overall it is very effective and useful as a tool for creating and modifying documents. The "preview document" is never accurate, and the ink looks faded after it is scanned in as a template.

Besides being a great product Support is Outstanding
Besides being a great product, I would like to express how good the support is.I worked with Sam for over an hour, He went way above and beyond helping me with my Zapier Integration. Most companies would have just said that is "out of scope" Or "not my problem" Not these guys, they logged into my computer and dove deep into it and fixed my problem. Also keep in mind, I am only on a basic plan and they treated me like I was spending $1000's of dollars with them.

I'd like to see more fonts so I can match the fonts on the PDF page.

Time saver!
I have used PDFfiller for several months now and love it. It is a great tool which makes it extremely easy for me to quickly and efficiently fill out PDFs and return them to the sender. Wether it be filling out forms or signing a contract, it has saved me many many hours in the long run - and is a pleasure to use!
There aren't really any cons to this plugin - it does exactly what it says it will do. However the user interface could be improved

pdfFiller Good for buisness
My overall experience with pdfFiller has been a positive one. I would recommend to others in our industry that deal with a lot of forms to connect with customers.
The ability to use the pdfFiller for our customers to submit forms that needed editing in the field.
The lack of options on the form editor to add buttons and boxes for surveys.

Support is good but last release is bad
I am really fond of their support team. They are very friendly and provide all help the can. But that's not enough for good product. Support can't fix bugs or make it good for tablets. Try harder.
