Can your password protect a file on iPhone?
Run the file manager app on your iPhone or iPad. Tap Settings at the bottom, select Enable Password, you will then be able to set a password to protect any sensitive data on the phone.
Can you add a password to a folder on iPhone?
No. You can download apps that allow you to password protect data inside the app. Not natively, however there are apps that you can purchase for this purpose. The Best secret folder, and folder lock for iPad, allows you to password protect folders.
Can you password protect a PDF on iPhone?
Once the PDF file opens in Documents app, tap on the Menu button (three dots) in the top right corner to bring up menu at the lower section of your iPhone screen. Choose Set Password. What do you dislike?
I have not been able to drag and drop from outlook '07. The additional step of saving a document locally and then uploading seems unnecessary.

This is a very intuitive product that can one can pick up and become proficient with little training or experience.

I have been able to keep from printing countless documents that only need a quick signature only to be scanned in again and emailed out. There is a huge time saving as well being able to cut out those middle steps.
