Inside Sales Director

PDFfiller is seeking an Inside Sales Director to lead and build an inside sales team for our fast growing SaaS company in Brighton, MA. PDFfiller is a comprehensive online document management platform that combines online editing, signing and cloud storage of PDFs forms for the SMB market. It is a $10 billion market that is going through a major disruption. The company has over a hundred thousand customers and is doubling sales every year.

We are looking for an inside sale manager or director to reach out to existing customers and prospects sourced by our extensive digital marketing funnel and upsell them on our new industry leading enterprise platform. Initially, the role will be very hands on while you build and test the sales process for taking advantage of this huge untapped market opportunity. As you perfect the sales recipe, then we will expand the team underneath you. The role will report directly to the President.

A successful candidate will have:

  • 2-4 Years of experience managing inside sales teams.
  • 5 years of additional sales experience in quota carrying roles
  • Strong experience selling business solutions to SMB in a fast-moving, high transaction environment.
  • Experience selling subscriptions with annual contract values of $10,000 or more.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a high volume, phone-based environment.
  • Excellent team building skills for recruiting, training, and motivating reps
  • Articulate and persuasive communicator.
  • Organized and strong user of CRMs

Responsibilities will include:

  • Exceed individual and team sales quotas by identifying, qualifying, and closing warm prospects.
  • Assess qualified prospect needs and educate them on PDFfillers enterprise features, including online demonstrations of its capabilities.
  • Design, implement, and manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting to signed contract.
  • Recruit, train, manage and motivate new sales reps so that they exceed their sales targets.
  • Work closely with marketing and engineering to create and optimize sales process
