kind of difficult to understand..sometimes it would not fill out the form and sometimes it would, then go back to the first signature and had to keep confirming.

Encrypt folders To encrypt the data, go to the Finder > Applications > Utilities folder. Choose 'Disk Utility'. On the top of the menu, select File > New Image > Image from Folder. Choose the folder you wish to add a password to, then click 'Choose'.
Protect your Mac information with encryptionIn the Finder on your Mac, open a window, then Control-click the item you want to encrypt in the sidebar.Choose Encrypt [item name] from the shortcut menu.Create a password for the disk and click Encrypt Disk.
Open the PDF and choose Tools > Protect > Encrypt > Encrypt with Password. If you receive a prompt, click Yes to change the security. Select Require a Password to Open the Document, then type the password in the corresponding field.
