To do this, press File > Print and select Microsoft Print to PDF from the printer list. Press Print once you're ready. In the Save Print Output As window that appears, select where to save your file, give the file a name, then press Save to save the file.
Step by step instructions:First launch your Excel Converter.Next locate the files that you plan to work with and put a check beside them.Click on the PDF icon in the toolbar at the top of the converter window.This will open the Excel Converter options window. Next select Sign from the dropdown list that opens.More items
After open an excel docuemnt, Use mouse right-button to drag to select cells which you want to print in one page. > Setup the right margins as paper size margins. > Use Scale to Fit to avoid cutting page head or bottom part off.
Export Excel File to PDF After you've made your selection, go to the drop-down menu of the "File" tab on your Excel for the Mac. Then simply select the "Save As" option. A new window will appear. From it, make sure to choose the "PDF" option from the variety of different formats presented in the drop-down menu.
The problem is that the width of the columns in your page is not enough, so not all text can't be included in the page, so you will see the text cut off when you print to PDF. You can increase the width of a random column, and this problem does not exist.
