I was looking for this solution. I work from multiple locations and multiple computers and using other pdf softwares that only allowed me to use the software on a certain number of registered devices was not a good solution for me anymore. I would have given this 5 stars, but I am still learning to use it, and I wish it was faster. In all fairness, the the lags may have to do with the processor in the chromebook I am primarily using it on right now which may not be that fast. It was an inexpensive device so it is very possible that my device is the reason for the slow transitions and not the software.

PDFfiller is easy to use. I feel that PDFfiller is great fro our company. We can use this software for various ways throughout our company. I love that I can take a blank application and make it fillable for others to use. I don't have anything about it that I don't like.

Better than acrobat Love it, my go to when acrobat pdf filler isn't working The easy operation, we can count on it to fill any PDF. Acrobat sometimes let's us down so we started using this instead The pricing, please lower it down so we can switch to this software forever. Also a nicer desktop App would be nice

It got the immediate job done but there were a few hiccups. I don't particularly like their way text is displayed in the larger fill-in fields. The form I was filling out was very complicated and required numerous references to a "Remarks" section at the end of the form because there was insufficient space with the numbered questions to put complete answers without overwriting onto the next numbered question. Consequently, the Remarks section was filled necessitating a separate attachment to contain all the remarks. In the remarks section, I cross-referenced to the numbered question for clarity, e.g. "Question 12(b)..." When I viewed the form on the screen the formatting looked fine but when it printed, the "Q" in the word Question was on one line and everything else "question 12(b) was on the next line. I would like to know how to avoid that issue in the future.

So far, I like it. If this app does as it looks so far, I can cancel 2 subscriptions for a pdf editor and digital signature app. This will consolidate our work into 1 location. I'm still learning the app but so far, I like it.

A quitclaim deed is a legal instrument that is used to transfer interest in real property. The entity transferring its interest is called the grantor, and when the quitclaim deed is properly completed and executed, it transfers any interest the grantor has in the property to a recipient, called the grantee.
Quitclaim deeds are most often used to transfer property within a family. For example, when an owner gets married and wants to add a spouse's name to the title, or when the owners divorce and one spouse's name is removed from the title.

A quitclaim deed can convey title as effectively as a warranty deed if the grantor has a good title when the deed is delivered. It is the lack of any warranties, however, that make a quitclaim deed less attractive from a grantee's perspective.
A person who signs a quitclaim deed to transfer property he does not own results in no title at all being transferred since there is no actual ownership interest. ... Deed transfers of any kind (warranty or quitclaim) impact only the ownership (title) and do not change or affect any mortgage on the property.
Quitclaim deeds are not taxable when they transfer ownership to a spouse. Many quitclaims are done to allow a spouse ownership. This often takes places during a divorce settlement. Quitclaim deeds also are not taxed when they transfer property to qualifying charities.
Because no money changes hands during a quitclaim, the Internal Revenue Service applies federal gift tax rules to these transactions. Under the gift tax rules, the grantor must pay tax on the property through a federal income tax return.
In addition to recording fees, the new owner is responsible for paying transfer taxes on the sale price of the property. However, there are certain exceptions when property is transferred using a quitclaim deed. If a qualified exemption is claimed, the grantee can avoid paying taxes on the transaction.
Rates vary by state and law office but typically fall in the range of $200 to $400 per hour. Title companies routinely prepare quitclaim deeds in many states. Fees for title companies vary, but a market scan shows an average of $100 to $200 for a simple quitclaim deed.
In some cases, the grantor does have a mortgage while filing a quitclaim deed. ... This is because a quitclaim merely transfers ownership not any debts or claims to the property. The new owner will have the title of the property, but the original grantor will still be liable for the outstanding mortgage.
