What do you like best?
PDF filler is very user-friendly. My favorite features are that it saves your docs. This makes it easy to keep editing docs that you use over and over. Also, when you use the erase feature, it keeps the eraser on the same line, which I could never do on my own! At the end, you can download the whole doc, or individual pages, this feature really helps and saves time on splitting the document with other programs.
What do you dislike?
Once docs are ready, the loading time to save can sometimes feel slow. Also, uploading the docs can sometimes feel slow. This is not a deal breaker, but perhaps something that can be worked on. I think there should also be a feature where you can upload docs one after the other for the same session, and it will merge the docs (or ask if you want to) and edit them together. It seems right now we have to edit each separate if they are not already joined, save them, and then go to another program to merge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have an option to merge docs, make speeds quicker.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
When I get contracts, most of the time they are not complete to be approved. This allows me to add extra details and even sign the docs. I like the stamp it adds to show when the signature was made.

I was happy with the subscription but at this time I can’t afford it. I'm happy with the subscription and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good subscription that did the basics, and the site recommended one that checked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for. The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to decline from the offer because it was to expensive annually, rather than it being monthly.

What do you like best? The fact that you can make templates for repeat use. That saves me a lot of time. What do you dislike? The cost is a little high for what I use it for- just doing some monthly billing for a handful of clients. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It saves me time and I have a lot of difficulties filling out insurance forms by hand as the fields are so small.

Waiving Time. The process whereby an individual permits a court to take longer than usual in trying him or her on a criminal charge.
Time Waiver Law and Legal Definition. A time waiver is referred to as an agreement made by a claimant in order to extend the adopt due date by a certain number of days. Time may be waived either orally or in writing. ... Generally, it is the number of days waived that extends the adopt due date.
Waiving the preliminary hearing does not mean the defendant agrees with the charges or that the defendant is guilty. It cannot be used against the defendant at trial. It just moves the case on to the arraignment where the defendant can plead guilty or not guilty.
While there is no hard and fast rule on how long is too long, one rule of thumb is eight months. Courts will generally presume that the delay has been sufficient to satisfy a defendant's prima facie case of the denial of the right to a speedy trial when eight months have passed.
If you or your attorney doesn't take steps to waive your right to a speedy trial, the prosecution must prepare its case against you within this short period of time. If the state fails to do so, the prosecutor must go to trial without all his legal ducks in a row or the court can dismiss the case against you.
If the defendant waives the right to a preliminary hearing, the court moves on to the arraignment. ... If the court does not find probable cause, the case is dismissed, usually without prejudice (which means it can be recharged if the State learns of additional evidence).
If you waive a preliminary hearing, you allow the prosecution to proceed on criminal charges against you without having to present its evidence.
When the Right Is Not Waived If you or your attorney doesn't take steps to waive your right to a speedy trial, the prosecution must prepare its case against you within this short period of time.
Waive. To intentionally or voluntarily relinquish a known right or engage in conduct warranting an inference that a right has been surrendered. For example, an individual is said to waive the right to bring a tort action when he or she renounces the remedy provided by law for such a wrong.
Criminal defendants usually have the option to waive the preliminary hearing, but it happens very rarely and no defendant should do this without the advice of an attorney. If you waive a preliminary hearing, you allow the prosecution to proceed on criminal charges against you without having to present its evidence.
