I've only done two documents, but so far I think it is a swell program! I have one more trustee that I'd like to add, will that cost more? We use the program for a charitable trust and we are unpaid. Thanks a lot, no matter what the answer is! I really like the program. MP

Very good so far except that when I attempt to print completed documents the program changes the orientation of the doc so that it cannot be printed. I've managed a work around, but it's annoying.

It is expensive. You need to reduce the annual price. I also do not like the way the eraser works - it is either very sketchy or one has to save a doc and reload to erase something just done. Very slow and clunky

It would be easy and helpful to implement: A tool which allows you to pick the colour you want (and be able to use that colour to erase, paint and write). A auto text-detector and erase

Anytime a client uses this, I sigh a relief Excellent for contracts and any paperwork. PDFfiller is super easy to use and takes the headache out of mundane paperwork filling. Kudos! I dislike that more people do not use it, if you aren't using this, what are you doing?

What do you like best? The best feature is that you can use the check and cross marks easily! What do you dislike? I dislike the fact that there isnt a hand-free drawing feature. I wish I could draw lines and curves on top of some pictures, for example! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it to grade my students papers in Pdf. It is easier to attach hand written exercises to pdf, and then go directly to pdffiller.

Very pleased with the customer care I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly. Sam also took the time to explain to me how to resolve the issue if I ever had it again and was friendly to communicate with, I am very pleased with the customer care, thank you Sam,
Molly

Most likely an individual and their ex went together to purchase the animal. However, courts will look at who's name is actually on the receipt. Most courts see an animal as property. As such, the person who paid for the animal is the one who is entitled to keep them, though this is not always set in stone.
Before you proceed with co-parenting you have to question whether it's the fairest thing for your pet. If you have a nervous dog, or a scatty cat, moving homes regularly can be extremely stressful for them, causing behavioral problems and anxiousness.
In Ontario, pets are considered property so the same rules of guardianship of your children do not apply. In fact, when it comes to your estate your beloved cat is considered as no more valuable than your couch, or your sweet dog is only as important as your dining room table.
Sure. Dogs are pretty flexible. They may have a preferred person, and if so, that should become clear as the dog moves from household to household and back again. But many dogs like multiple people and would be fine spending time in multiple households.
For dogs showing obvious signs of stress, shared custody is not a fair arrangement. Shared custody is most likely to be successful with younger, very well-adjusted, confident, and easy-going dogs. Equally important: How is the dynamic between the two partners after their separation?

In England and Wales, the law is very clear on the matter. Pets are classified as, 'property'. Therefore, the person claiming the dog must, prove they purchased the pet and paid for it's care. However, courts are generally reluctant to engage in 'custody' claims over pets.
In California, family courts consider pets as personal property, rather than as children or family members, which means they are treated similarly to other assets such as furniture or vehicles. As a result, family courts will generally determine pet custody based on the legal ownership of the pet.
Section 14 of The Residential Tenancies Act (“RTA”) explicitly states: “A provision in a tenancy agreement prohibiting the presence of animals in or about the residential complex is void.” This means that any tenancy agreement provided to you that prohibits animals in your living space, is void.
Instead, the court typically considers factors like ownership records, who has primarily cared for the pet and who purchased or adopted the pet. While the court aims to make decisions in the best interests of both parties involved, it does so with the understanding that pets are property.
In most US states, pets are considered property. However, there have been many legal cases involving issues like custody, or the killing of a pet, where they are treated more like family members. In cases of custody (i.e. after a divorce) many judges have considered the best interest of the pet.
Who bought the dog (including whose name is on the contract made with the rescue centre or breeder) Whose name is registered with the Kennel Club. Who is registered on the microchip database. Whose name is recorded at the vet's practice.
The person from whom you obtained the dog from should provide you with the registration information, so you can then change The Kennel Club's registered ownership into your name.
While pet owners will disagree, in the UK pets are considered property from a legal standpoint. If a decision can't be mutually reached on custody of your pet and you don't have proof of ownership in your name, a court could decide on legal ownership and the return of the animal.
Courts can also rule for joint custody of the dog, depending on the circumstances between the couple.
