I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. It seems to be pretty straightforward. I have trouble saving it to Word and printing it but I can just print it from this program and it turns out perfect.

A very good and friendly in navigating the fields. Need improvement especially in the telephone number field and user address died of CMS 1500 of 2012 and UB04. Unable to include the three digits telephone area code. Address field too small to contain full address including zip codes

If your company handles PDF files on a regular day to day like mine this is a must-have. From removing or just moving pages to changing/adding the text. I use it daily and haven't found another product that compares. Even Adobe Acrobat doesn't compare.

Pleasant PDFiller!
I use PDFfiller almost daily. I work in Accounts Receivable and customers frequently like to have additional information added to their invoice. This is something our accounting program cannot do.
Very user friendly. Very appealing to look at.
I don't have any cons. I haven't found anything that I don't like about it.

Very pleased with the customer care
I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly. It's obvious that contemporary Internet technologies are squeezing the fax machine out of our daily lives. However, there are some organizations that still might ask you to send them a form or any other document by fax. If you've got no fax machine, it's not a problem because you can use our services to send a fax online instead.
In the past, you probably had to print the form, complete it, and send the fax with your reluctant fax machine. Besides needing a printer and the fax machine, the process probably took you far too much time to complete.
Now there is a far easier way to fax documents. You can simply use pdfFiller to fax PDF forms online!
To get started, go to the DOCS page, select the document you want to fax and click Fax in the right pane.
On the page that opens next, enter a local or toll-free number, and fill, if necessary, the following fields: Recipient Name, Recipient Company, Subject and Message. You can send the entire document or only certain pages. To exclude or include pages, just click on them in the preview pane, or use the Select All and Unselect All buttons. Finally, click the Send button.
You will receive email notification when your fax is delivered. The faxes you send are automatically saved. To check your sent faxes, go to MY DOCS > OUTBOX > Faxes. If, for some reason, the fax you sent has not reached its destination, you can always send it again by clicking the Resend button in the right pane.

How to Use the Fax PDF Forms Feature
The Fax PDF Forms feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily send filled out PDF forms as faxes. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the PDF form you want to fax in pdfFiller.

Fill out the form by typing in the required information. You can also add text, images, and signatures as needed.

A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the recipient's fax number. Make sure to include the country code if necessary.

You will also receive an email notification when your fax is delivered and received. Faxing may take up to an hour. You will receive an email after the fax is delivered and received.
How do I track my fax document(s)?
You can track the status of your fax document(s) by clicking on the “History” button on the “My Forms” page, and then clicking the “fax” button. This will show the status of all your faxed documents. pdfFiller.com will also send you email notifications when your fax is delivered and received.
How does the recipient open the fax?
The recipients will receive a traditional paper fax via their fax machine. Or, the fax will be received as an email if the recipients use an internet fax or fax service.
