With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I can't verify that my completed forms are actually sent to recipients. Programs keeps requesting me to have my e-mail verified but no code is ever sent to my e-mail.

What do you like best?
I like that you can save the template for a certificate of insurance or an application and send it out that way. It still saves it as new but also creates the new Document.
What do you dislike?
The same feature that I love so much, isn’t quite as easy to navigate on the App. It’s super easy on the full online version though.

I wish you could do drag/drop for pictures.

Super User Friendly and Wonderful Service
Made signing in and using the service very easy. PDFFiller helped me fill in my PDF with ease. Their service department was extraordinarily helpful, too.
When I needed to cancel, they offered a quick refund and provided links with instructions in how to proceed. Great team, thank you very much.

Excellent service. Website is easy to navigate and the forms available are excellent. In my case, even though the website is user friendly, I think a short webinar to familiarize customers would be of great benefit. I would certainly recommend PDFiler to others.

They have great customer service
They have great customer service. I got charged my yearly fee, which was a mistake, and when I notified them they quickly took action and reimbursed my money. Thank you. The items provided by you are great, but I do not use them all year.

At work, I use ABBY and it is very effective. I didn't think to get that before I chose this. I was searching quickly, but am ok with it. I would to redact in groups by typing the first few characters.
