I preveiously gave the program a low rating before technicians showed me that my problem was user error. I find PDFfiller a great addition to my daily work. I can fill the forms in and also go back and edit. Love it!

PDF filler- Great for client invoices and forms
Great time and paper saver. Allows me to send forms write through email and receive them back.
An easy to use option for clients to enable transfer of information without needing to print and scan documents.
Not everyone is familiar with it.
Sometimes it is difficult to select the text box to edit. Some people can't do the signiture option.

Great Customer Service
Used the service on a free trial, was a positive experience but I didn't need it after I was done applying for apartments. Forgot to cancel after my trial and was charged for 2 months, contacted customer service on their live chat and was given the full refund within a minute! World class customer service!

I was very impressed with this web-based PDF editor
Overall my experience has pretty very positive with PDFfiller.
My colleague recommended PDFfiler as I needed a quick way to sign documents while on the road. PDFfiller has all the features I need, even with the free version of the software.
I think to take this software to the next level, the developer should create browser plugins to sign documents without having to upload them to the PDFfiller website.

It met what I needed but there is a problem with text fonts. In my case I needed a specific font and I couldn't find it, it would be interesting if it were possible to include a new font.

The Adapt Checkbox Transcript feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily convert checkboxes in your PDF documents into interactive fillable fields. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the PDF document that contains the checkboxes you want to adapt.

Click on the 'Adapt Checkbox Transcript' button in the pdfFiller toolbar.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. This sidebar will display a list of all the checkboxes in the document.

Click on a checkbox in the list to select it.

Once a checkbox is selected, you can customize its appearance and behavior using the options in the sidebar.

You can change the checkbox size, color, and style. You can also set the checkbox to be checked or unchecked by default.

If you want to add a label or text next to the checkbox, you can do so by typing in the 'Label' field in the sidebar.

Repeat steps 4-7 for each checkbox you want to adapt.

After you have finished adapting all the checkboxes, click on the 'Save' button in the sidebar to apply the changes to the document.

Your checkboxes are now converted into interactive fillable fields. You can click on them to check or uncheck them, and you can also type text next to them.
