Like that it remembers where I was in filling in the forms. Filling in was a little awkward on the government forms I was working with. Would help to have a built in tracking mechanism to determine progress.

Good afternoon,
I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller..
It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter.
Can you help me with this log-in issue?

So far I have been satisfied with finding the forms that I need. However, I don't fax things and just wandering if that is included in the amount that I paid of $ 120.00.

CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WAY IT SHOULD BE!!
I was using pdfFiller to edit divorce documents I downloaded from the Court Clerks website. Being able to edit these documents was going to save me around $500 in attorney fees. When it was time to save and print I was directed to purchase the subscription. There are 2 options... you can pay for the whole year at once (paying $8 per month) or you can pay $20 per month and be billed each month. I accidentally authorized the whole year @$96 to be charged to my debit card. This was not my intention but I knew it was going to be such a hassle to get them to refund my money that had already cleared only to spend $20 with them. I contacted support thru the chat option anyway and found I was very wrong in my assumption. I was connected to Ray who in less than 5 minutes had refunded the difference of $76 back to my card and was inquiring if there was anything else I needed help with. This is how customer service should be and very rarely do I experience anyone who should bear the title of a customer service representative. THANK YOU RAY FOR YOUR HELP AND PDFFILLER FOR HIRING COMPETANT ENJOYABLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.

How to Use the Adapt Requisite Field Application Feature in pdfFiller
The Adapt Requisite Field Application feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily customize and adapt your documents by adding or removing fields as needed. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to edit in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Edit' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

On the right side of the screen, you will see a panel with various editing options. Click on the 'Fields' tab.

In the 'Fields' tab, you will find a list of all the fields currently present in the document. To add a new field, click on the 'Add Field' button.

A dropdown menu will appear with different field types to choose from. Select the type of field you want to add, such as a text field, checkbox, or signature field.

Once you have selected the field type, click on the document where you want to place the field. You can drag and resize the field as needed.

To remove a field, simply click on it and then click on the 'Delete' button that appears.

You can also customize the properties of each field by clicking on it and then clicking on the 'Properties' button. This will allow you to change the field's name, default value, and other settings.

After you have made all the necessary changes, click on the 'Done' button to save your edits.

You can preview your document by clicking on the 'Preview' button in the toolbar. This will show you how the document will look to recipients.

Once you are satisfied with the changes, you can download the document or share it with others using the options in the toolbar.
