Great online pdf editor. Should have more features in personal level, a bit annoying to not be able to perform basic functions such as erasing sections of a document or deleting pages in a commercial, paid product. That is my only complaint though. Great software otherwise.

I love the program, would be easier to fill dates on my form if I could type the date without the scrolling box. I also wish it was a smoother flow to save/print and back.

I've used pdffiller almost a year. Works pretty good.
Available anywhere. Document storage is good. Login in is easy. Options are many especially what can be done after the document is finished.
Time to load documents Too many clicks (four) to get it to print. Can't arrange folders to my liking.

My overall experience was great I loved the app and I will use it again and recommended it to y friends and family.
That It was easy to use and I could get things done that I needed to. I needed it to fill out some important information for food stamps and I was able to use the digital signature I like that a lot
I wish there had been more options as far as fonts and styles went

An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too. Thank you **** and ***** for your unbelievable attention to detail and rapid results.

How do you adjust an invoice?
In Records, Invoices, open the invoice record. Select the Invoice tab and verify the Status is Pending. Click Invoice, New Adjustment from the menu bar. Enter the Adjustment date, New transaction amount (this can be the same), Adjustment post date, Reason and any applicable Notes.
How do you void an invoice?
Go to Invoices > Unpaid / Paid Invoices. Locate the invoice, then click Options > Create Credit Note. Select whether you want the Invoice Values. Select Void Invoice as the Credit Note Type. Enter the Date Issued and Order No. The Cost Center Account defaults to the Original Invoice.
What happens when you void an invoice?
On the other hand, voiding an invoice cancels a particular payment or invoice. Voiding an invoice will keep the invoice number and list it in reports but changes the amounts to zero. Hence, if you want to stop a particular payment from being realized by QuickBooks, select void.
How do I void an invoice from a previous year?
Click the name of the customer whose invoice you'll be voiding, find the Invoice from the list below, and click to open it. Select More > Void at the bottom.
What happens if I void an invoice in QuickBooks?
Voiding it. When you delete an invoice, QuickBooks really deletes all related transactions and reports, removing it from your books without traces. When you void an invoice, QuickBooks resets the transaction value to 0 (zero) dollar making it nonexistent to your account and customer balance.

To reverse invoice distributions: From the Invoices window choose the Distributions button to navigate to the Distributions window. Select the distributions you want to reverse and choose Reverse. Payable creates a negative amount distribution for each distribution you select.
How do you cancel an invoice?
In the Business menu, select Invoices. If required, select the down-arrow to the right of the page title and select the required filter. Select the Draft, Awaiting Payment or Overdue tab. In the Invoice Manager screen, drill down on the invoice that you wish to cancel.
