I was looking for options for a one off issue I had with PDF forms and signed up to PDF Filler for the 1 month free trial. I realised shortly after this that I would have little use for this facility in the future but neglected to cancel the subscription within the free trial period. At the conclusion of the free trial period I was billed for the annual subscription, however I contacted the company via Customer Services live chat and without much trouble they cancelled the subscription and refunded the fee. Excellent service and very professional advisors.

The program is easy to use for searching for forms or updating my own documents.
The program is easy to understand and use. It is intuitive for anyone used to editing documents or creating forms.
I would prefer better opportunities to edit changes while in the same document. It can be challenging to erase and re-enter information.

Great customer service
I messed up, and realized after being billed that I hadn't actually finished cancelling my membership. Customer service (Anna) was very helpful, voiding the payment and cancelling my membership, which is a far better policy than most companies have. Her messages were friendly and the response time was very quick.

JUST AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN ADOBE PDF AND CHEAPER
Used for filling out electronic documents, easier than filling out documents manually and then having to scan them in order to email them.
Easier to use than adobe PDF, at a better price.
No complaints about this software as the time of me reviewing it, so far very content with it.

Impressive customer service (LIVE support)
I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time. Thank you!

Is there any way around a non-compete agreement?
Non-Competitive Activity at New Employer: One of the most straightforward ways to overcome a noncompete is by ensuring that your new role with a different employer is in a non-competitive capacity. If you're not engaging in activities that directly compete with your former employer's business, you may be in the clear.
What voids a noncompete agreement?
However, certain factors can render a non-compete agreement unenforceable, such as if it is considered unreasonable in time or geographic scope, or if the reason for termination, such as the employer discontinuing a line of business, invalidates the agreement.
How enforceable are non-compete clauses?
For senior executives, existing noncompetes can remain in force. Existing noncompetes with workers other than senior executives are not enforceable after the effective date.
What are the exceptions to a non-compete ban?
Outside of those industries, the major exceptions include (1) existing agreements for “senior executives” (defined below), (2) non-competes entered into in connection with the bona fide sale of a business, and (3) non-competes enforced where the cause of action accrued prior to the rule's effective date.
