Perfect for paperwork
My overall experience would be that I love it and plan to continue using it going forward in life. It's much easier then printing out paperwork, filling it out, scanning it and sending it back to whomever. Its extremely convenient.
I love most that I'm able to edit any pdf and the save and and either email it or print it. There's even a function to sign the pdf right on the computer. Awesome.
I do not like that it sometime freezes. I could be filling out a form and sometimes it'll freeze and automatically refresh and everything I put in is gone so I'd have to start over. It doesn't happen often but has happened to me before.

I want to start by saying that this program exceeded my expectations! It not only delivers on everything it promises but goes above and beyond. I can manage various professional documents with minimal difficulty---especially during these past few years, when electronic submissions replaced face to face meetings.

Nothing, really. All of the features are clear and easy to use.

I can quickly solve issues with documents by submitting reports and documents without a worry, given the features of the platform.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
