I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I just wanted to fill one document but I don't have full adobe on this machine. Then I wanted to print and I had to buy it to print which was okay as I need a system. It works great now that I am learning how it flows.

I took away one star because this is not an intuitive program at all. I have spent hours trying to figure out very simple tasks but once I figured it out it everything went very smothly.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Thank you all so much again for your help! Keep up the excellent work you do!

PDFfiller is great, but other free options are just as good
I love the ease of use. I have to fill out a ton of PDF files and it really made my life easier.
I don't like that it costs money. I'd rather deal with ads then pay. There are plenty of other options out there that are free and just as easy to use.

Very useful app for editing documents!
It is very easy to use on a desktop or mobile device. It eliminates the need for printing & filling in documents by hand!
I have not experienced any features that could use improving while using pdf filler.

It is a bit frustrating to learn how to send it to my computer to be accessed and modified as needed. Right now it serves me as a trial, but I wouldn't pay for this.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
