I genuinely love this program
I genuinely love this program. I don't have to wait for anyone else to print things for me and then get backed up on my work. I can just create what I need and send it right then. Super simple and user friendly.

Easy
I don't have to type documents every time. Just need to change the date, and other data. It saves documents and they are pretty much organized.
The signature does not look good. The email looks funky. I will I can scan docs directly, and may be fax them.

An Ultimate Timesaving Software
I have never been bored using this software except for motivating me to give my maximum to the company. Once I am done with my PDF file, I just need to click one icon to send it to the respective recipient or recipients. Comprehensive icons on the right and left sidebars(panes) give a visually soothing experience and increase the efficiency of the work. Last but not least the privacy of the documents is guaranteed as the files can be password protected through this app. Indeed, the above-aforementioned aspects are only a few but there are plentiful advantageous features are available in this software, hence I highly recommend this software to use in your company or even personally.
One of the most important features I personally like is the ''AUDIT TRAIL". This great aspect helps me to identify each and every change made to the initial report and it gives a comprehensive picture of the amendments executed to the initial report, hence the authenticity of the reports is enhanced. Another great benefit to almost all the users is the ''E-signature". Having this electronically done made signature simply replaced conventional writing email address as the E-sign. Once the signatures are uploaded to this application, you can easily click and select the saved original sign in electronic format.
Sign-in through the mobile application is somewhat not effective. Our staff has experienced Android devices sending an error message and need to try a few times to access through a mobile device; thus the quality of this software is never sabotaged because the value we are generating from this application is abundant compared to this minor issue. We never experienced any difficulty in using this software on our computers.

It's a bit soon to rate pdfFiller, because I've only had a little bit of time to get familiar with it, and I've never had experience with anything else that has allowed me to edit a pdf file as this s/w has enabled me to.

I usually use this program during a translation process when I get a request to translate a document in form of PNG or similar. But I believe that this app can still be further enhanced.

How to Use the Add Footnote PDF Feature
The Add Footnote PDF feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add footnotes to your PDF documents. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Open the PDF document you want to add a footnote to in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Add Footnote' button in the toolbar.

A text box will appear on the document where you can enter your footnote. Type in the desired text for your footnote.

You can customize the appearance of the footnote by selecting the text and using the formatting options in the toolbar.

To move the footnote to a specific location on the page, simply click and drag the text box to the desired position.

If you need to edit or delete a footnote, click on the footnote text box and make the necessary changes or click on the 'Delete' button in the toolbar.

Once you have added all the footnotes you need, click on the 'Save' button to save your changes.
