It served my purposes
It served my purposes. There were a few instances where it would not properly let me check a box. Also, inputting dates, did not always work as expected. I was not always able to manually type in a date. It forced me to use the calendar. Sometimes.

A very easy to use program
A very easy to use program, though you are forced to sign up for free trial if you want to print any documents.It did what I required, so cant complain. Just would prefer it to notify of unable to print unless joined up for 30 day trial before I spent 4 hours working on translation document.

How do I add a formula to a fillable PDF?
Select the Total Price box, go to Text Box Properties > Calculate, and select the third option. You'll be able to input a formula into a text box by clicking the Edit button. For simple arithmetic computations, this formula box works very similarly to an Excel formula box.
Is there a way to add a Header to a PDF?
Choose Tools > Edit PDF. In the secondary toolbar, choose Header & Footer > Add, and then click Add New in the message that appears. The preview shows any existing headers and footers. Type text in the header and footer text boxes to add more headers and footers.
How do I add a Header and Footer to an existing PDF?
Add headers and footers, with an open document Open the PDF file to which you want to add the header and footer. Choose Tools > Edit PDF. In the secondary toolbar, choose Header & Footer > Add. As needed, specify the Font and Margin values. Type the text in any of the header and footer text boxes.
