I used the program and was happy with the software and results. However, due to my own oversight I inadvertently made an annual purchase which I would not be in need of. It took a while to get used to and I had to have several chats with tech support over several weeks. I subscribed, but I still ended up with a free account that I had to get them to delete. I had to check my login box to ensure I was in my subscription account.

I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. She offered to change my subscription and refund the rest of my money, I of course excepted and they changed it immediately! ***** ******** for your amazing customer service! How does DHCP lease time work?
The dynamic host configuration protocol, or DHCP, assigns internet protocol addresses and other settings to devices on a computer network. A device is assigned an IP address for a length of time called its DHCP lease time. When its DHCP lease expires, it must renew the lease and potentially receive a new IP address.

Start the DHCP MMC snap-in (Start — Programs — Administrative Tools — DHCP)
Expand the server.
Right-click the scope whose lease time you wish to change and select Properties.
Select the General tab.
At the bottom of the window you can select lease duration either Unlimited or a finite time.
Click Apply then OK.
