Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). Had a problem with being unable to save a document. However Sam
on the chat line was very helpful (although we could not recover it) and suggested changing the input from javascript to 'flash'. I have now managed to save it.

What do you like best?
The ease of accessing Acord applicaions, amend the existing and being able to save to my computer and then email to clients. The process is incredibly simple!
What do you dislike?
I had difficulty accessing Acords 125,, 126 & 140's. This has now been fixed and all is working fine. Very little to say, in as far as disliking PDFfiller.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best & quickest was to access all Acord Applications for Commercial Insurance.

I like having this resource as an option.
I like that it offers a clean, crisp look for documents.
The forms or finished forms look very neat when they are typed. It seems like a great option for persons to use when their handwriting is not legible.
The words do not stay within the lines. I used the software recently and the office manager had to retype the form because the words did not fit.
