I was shocked to learn AFTER I PAID that the "monthly" payment touted in 3 big choice boxes was ONLY and effective cost IF I paid an annual fee IN FULL. THAT WAS NOT CLEAR and I feel duped. However, I am extremely pleased with what you offer AND the ease of using your site. It is well worth the 29.99/month vs what I thought was 9.99. You really need to make that clear for your customers, though. Don't start a customer relationship with the customer feeling duped or tricked.

I have been using this program for almost 2 years now and it is amazing! I have uploaded all of my work documents/forms so I no longer have to hand write every single thing. App doesnt work the same as using it on a computer. On the computer is easy and simple. Ive tried the app and seems to cant work it like on the computer such as tap on it erase or add , high light , or erase. Im using apple iphone Thank you

Great customer service
Great customer service, such a hard thing to come across. Easy access to your cloud uploaded documents from any device. The only thing limiting the 5 star is the relatively clunky interface. Still would use again for secure pdf development.

I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro…
I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro isn't this easy to use. Adobe Acrobat Pro feels like it was created in a silo by people who don't do editing on a daily basis. Also, it doesn't install, on one of the latest Macbooks on the planet. Thank god for PDFEscape and PDFFiller. Thank you god.
