It was confusing at first but once I worked out my own bugs it worked very well. Filling out multi formatted forms are cumbersome in changing the markings needed.

So far so good. The only thing I was confused on was that I was able to edit a document before actually registering. Then, finding out later, I could not even print the document without registering. I am not complaining, I was just confused. I am a senior !!

Probably just me, but having trouble creating a fillable form and saving to my computer. Will keep exploring!

Nobody will help me fight the evil DA and Judge who work for my Sons killer so I am doing it myself and I really Appreciate pdf filler for making it easy to fill out my legal documents. federal case 3:24-cv-02250 WHO

PDF filler is VERY easy to use
PDF filler is VERY easy to use. The only sticky point for me sometimes is finding forms. There is a library connected to the app but I often find the forms there confusing. So I google them and import.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Well I'm still learning But the Draw option is AWESOME ,It lets you Sign in Real Time + It's Your Real Signature,Not a Generated one from putting text in a box and using thePC's script font to generate a signature .. Thanks Guys David Simmonsp.s.I'll let you know more as I learn to do more..Again Thanks..
