I would've liked a place to find all the PDFfiller features. It was really difficult to make it until I found the think where it places textboxes for me. Overall good experience especially for something I didn't have to pay for!!

This is a great platform, very seamless and user friendly. It does cost a bit so it would make sense if you use it quite often. I signed up for a trial and forgot that the annual subscription kicked in a month later. Subsequently, I realised that I have no use for the service/product. PDFfiller was kind and understanding. They responded almost immediately and refunded me without hesitation.
